Spambush
V. ‘spam-bush To barrage the email inbox of an unwitting person with undesired sales pitches and come-ons after spotting their information online. Also (n.) the act of conducting such a barrage. Usage: After taking an I.Q. test that had popped up on a website he was reading, Alex was spambushed by online hucksters. WIth an I.Q. of 136, he should have known better than to open the pop-up box.
