PERRYLIZED (Adj.)  ‘payr-ee-lyzd  Tongue-tied, incoherent and subject to brain-freeze, in the manner of GOP presidential candidate Rick  Perry. Usage: Lowell was a good scholar but a nervous public speaker. Whenever he got in front of a mike, he became perrylized–incapable of coherently answering even the simplest questions.
